1. Agreement to Terms

By using EasyBukkit, you agree to these terms. If you are under 18, you represent that you have parental consent.

2. Service Description & Subscriptions

  • / Free Tier: Limited blocks.
  • / Paid Tier ($5/$10): All blocks.
  • / Access: Upon cancellation of a paid plan, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

3. Intellectual Property

  • Our Property: The editor, the "block" logic, and website assets.
  • Your Property: You own the exported .jar files. You are free to distribute or sell them on platforms like CurseForge.
  • Source Code: We do not provide the Java/Kotlin source code of the plugins.

4. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any damage to servers, data loss, or bans resulting from the use of plugins created via our Service. You use the Service and the exported files at your own risk.

5. Legal Disclaimer

NOT AN OFFICIAL MINECRAFT PRODUCT. NOT APPROVED BY OR ASSOCIATED WITH MOJANG OR MICROSOFT. Minecraft textures and sounds used in the editor are property of Mojang AB.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Warsaw, Poland.

  • Account Information: Email address and name (via Supabase Auth).
  • Project Data: The plugin projects you create are stored in our database (Supabase).
  • Payment Data: We do not store credit card details. All payments are processed securely by Stripe.

2. How We Use Data

We use your data strictly to provide the service, save your progress, process subscriptions via Stripe, and send important service updates.

3. Third-Party Services

We use Supabase (Database & Auth) and Stripe (Payments) to run our Service.

4. Your Rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your data. Contact us at contact@easybukkit.com to delete your account.

5. Minors

Our service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 without parental consent.
